DESCRIPTION:

Sagittarius is the sign that always goes further and takes things farther (occasionally too far). Exploring and questioning everything, whether literal travel or in the mind, Sagittarius needs to keep roaming freely and not be pinned down by one single thing. These are the kinds of people that have tried every single hobby, food, and ideology under the sun. Sagittarian people also have a faith and trust in the universe like no other - which fuels an optimism and a gambling spirit. Not very good at taking things seriously sounds bad, but it makes Sagittarius forgiving and generous. Undisciplined and careless, they say and do what they feel - which is usually bold and tactless. However, they are never deceiving. You might not like what a Sagittarius has to say, but you will know it is their truth. Whilst they hold their beliefs lightly, they do have a strict moral compass after all.

This card asks for you to expand your horizons when it comes to your ideologies - what ideas are you holding on to, that could use a new perspective? It also asks you to follow your heart, but be weary of how you are coming across to others!

ABOUT THE FIRE SIGNS

Aries, Leo Sagittarius

Fire signs have the need of creativity - the urge to do ‘something'. If this ‘something’ already exists, they have the need to decide where it’s going, coming from and what this ‘something’ means.
Much like fire itself, these signs are warm, light-hearted and energetic. Blessed with the gift of vision, Fire signs have endless inspiration and faith in their ideas. This positive outlook and energy makes the Fire signs excellent at uplifting others and growing their enthusiasm. Extroverted and optimistic, Fire signs are good at making things happen on a whim, and dislike anything stagnant or passive. Able to spot potential opportunities, Fire signs move fast, already able to visualise the completed outcome. These passionate and speedy lifestyles can cause burn out in the signs, as well as overwhelm more pragmatic types around them. However, it is not long before the spark is re-ignited, and the Fire signs are back at it again. ‘Idealism over Realism’ describes Fire signs well.

ABOUT THE MUTABLE SIGNS

Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces

Born during the ending of each of the seasons, Mutable signs are excellent at coping with endings and changes. As one season changes into another, so are these signs living in a constant state of transformation and fluidity. Not even necessarily wanting for anything permanent or stable, the Mutable signs are also associated with being extremely restless. Where Cardinal signs are linked to beginnings, and Fixed signs are linked to attachments - the Mutable signs are linked to something more abstract and changing: ideas and beliefs. Mutable signs are more interested in learning and philosophising about life - rather than actually living it. Therefore, these signs often don’t have the need for long-term plans or achieving any sort of position of power. This view on life can make the Mutable signs extremely commitment-shy. However, their blasé attitude towards competition makes them extremely agreeable, and the signs most easy to get along with. Whilst this way of being might be perplexing to more practical signs; it is worth noting that there is a reasonable way for the Mutable’s lifestyle. Most people have to adapt to their changing world and life, instead of forcing the world to bend to their will. Such is their nature, that Mutable signs will stay in a situation as long as they're interested; and when that stops, they have no problem changing direction. This can also be applied to the way they deal with conflict - preferring to avoid instead of confront.
